We offer a wide range of customized wooden gifts, diaries, notebooks, pens, stationery, wooden crockery and personalized gift items for personal or corporate use.
Can I customize my products?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, text, logos, or designs to make them unique and meaningful.
How do I place a custom order?
Select your desired product, choose customization options, and enter your details in the customization field before adding the item to your cart.
Can I order products in bulk for corporate gifting?
Absolutely! We offer bulk orders and corporate gifting solutions. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your requirements.
What sizes and colors are available for diaries?
Our wooden diaries are available in A5 size, with colors including Brown and Yellow. Design options include Boxes, Floral, Heart, Lined and many more styles.
How long does customization take?
Typically, customized products are prepared within 3–5 business days. Bulk orders may take longer depending on the quantity.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before customization begins. Once customization starts, cancellations are not possible.
Do you accept online payments?
Yes! We accept secure online payments. After payment, please send a screenshot along with your Order Number to our WhatsApp for faster processing.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available in selected regions. Please check during checkout if COD is offered in your location.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and short video. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Can I return a customized product?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not available for customized items unless they are damaged or defective.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact us directly to check availability and rates.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
Are your products eco-friendly?

How do I care for my wooden diary or gift?
Keep wooden products dry and clean, avoid direct sunlight for long periods, and wipe with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their appearance.
Can I add a personal message when gifting?
Yes! You can include a personal message during customization, which we can engrave or print on your chosen product.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We provide premium gift packaging for an extra touch. Gift wrapping can be selected at checkout.
